Go2Crew

Go2Girls had built years of trust, but the business had outgrown its name. It wasn’t just Mary anymore — it was a crew.

The Starting Point

Mary Brooks Rice had spent years building Go2Girls into a trusted name for families navigating moves and major transitions. But the business had changed shape — what started as a solo endeavor had grown into a team. The brand hadn’t caught up.

“I felt paralyzed trying to think through how to begin the rebranding of my small business. STRESSED.”
— Mary Brooks Rice, Founder

It wasn't a case of a brand that had never worked. It was a brand that had simply outgrown itself — and needed permission, and a clear path, to become what it already was.

What Happened

This wasn’t a logo refresh. It was a full identity shift — new name, new systems, and a story that finally matched the business Mary had actually built:

 New Brand Identity
Go2Girls became Go2Crew — reflecting the team, not just the founder.

 Monogram With a Story

The monogram grew out of examples Mary shared, and she wanted the breast cancer pink incorporated. It became an accent color and a nod to her long commitment to the cause.

 Messaging
Centered on guided support, not just logistics — the emotional truth of what the work actually is.

 New Responsive Website
Small to start, with room to expand as the business grows — includes a scheduling system, a dedicated business phone, and a system for obtaining testimonials to streamline the process.

 Brand Photo Shoot
Capturing the team in action in order to have real photos of real people on the new website and collateral.

 Print + Digital Materials

Business cards, notecards, stickers, tabling items, and social media templates— carrying the new identity into every touchpoint.

“It was clear that when she went through her questions, she listened to my answers, did additional research and was able to create a Star Chart specific to my business.”

The Outcome

Since the original launch, we’ve expanded the website, created social media templates, and print collateral based on expanded services.

"What I had before felt piecemealed, but the product Charlotte delivered is a comprehensive, fully branded business package. I am so pleased with the end result and how quickly she got me there."

And some concrete proof points it’s working: Mary loves the streamlined “Schedule a Conversation” process we created so that she can be truly present when a potential client wants to learn more. And, the notecards and business cards immediately generated real feedback in the world. Mary reported getting positive comments directly from recipients, a small but telling sign the new identity was landing exactly as intended.
